Similar experience a couple years ago. Great Customer service, and I may end up with them.

I am going to try and go with Total Dollar - multiple referrals for them. I'm done with Foremost, I'll let the boat sit instead of giving them 2X ins. premium of what it should be.

When I called they wanted to go through the entire process again. When I complained wanting to simply know if they received my info they put me on hold for a min then transferred me to the agents......voice mail. Oh well, there are others.

I didn't really take it to heart I did talk to Scott and explained to him what happened and he gave me a better explanation of what likely went on but said he would talk to John. If I hadn't of bought the center console I probably would of pestered you guys more till I got a quote on the DCB F28. Sometime folks get busy and stuff happens but I would still say putting your info through your web page may need a little looking into.

Thank you for your response. We look forward to working with you in the future. Scott Kottmann is a great asset to our team as he handles the Missouri/LOTO area.

100% agree.

my other insurance agent is shopping a few companies...progressive quoted me 1600 for 40k coverage and 300k liability. It’s low on coverage but rather give progressive the business at this point.

I haven’t been happy with wakezone. I have asked Stacy for the last 4 years to find me another policy that’s more affordable. If others are doing it and wakezone can’t...it’s time for a change.
