I was hoping for some listings of some homes for under the 500K to 700K dollar range for us hard working average people looking for a summer/winter home or retirement home. There has to be some great value homes out there in different areas. Getting listings from locals on locations good and bad are invaluable. So many places look great at great prices but if you don't know the area they might not be a good deal.
Sarasota is built out, almost nothing left to tear down and rebuild so the push will be to the south.
The investment potential looks good, you can see the transition happening now.

Driving around in Idaho some days you’ll see 25% of the cars have Ca plates.
Talking to locals you realize that most of them were originally from Ca.
Until lately, here in FL you might see a Ca plate once a month or so, now I notice four or five a day.

First thing we did when we moved to FL from CA was put up a certain presidential themed flag on the flag pole. I had it in my luggage in fact. The Neighbors all greeted us with open arms.

He may have a better bottom line than some bars and restaurants in Michigan and California LOL.

We actually looked at that one but decided the price made it worth the extra money to look on the water. I see they did drop it some. I'd love to talk to you if you ever get a few minutes. Shoot me an email or PM
