Default Waterfront property

Everyone likes looking at waterfront property and I noticed on another post a couple people posted LOTO property. If you have the ability to post some nice homes from your areas It would be great. I always wonder what the cost and taxes are in different states. We can all dream right !

Zillow is a good place to look. I know in the MD/VA area stuff is selling fast. We are always looking but are a year or two out before we can make it happen. Oh, and taxes will be lower any where in the universe than they are in NJ, lol!

I'd say taxes are pretty high there, $3606 on 137K assessment.

Yes they are. And this house will be reassessed after the sale like mine did. Mine went from $3800 to around $5600

That normally doesn't stop people from buying in this sub. I got mine for 45k below asking. Put about 60k into mine probably at least another 60k more to go LOL

I grew up in a house on a beach near Vancouver. I watch the area, its gotten pricey for the area. https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/2...ach-road-delta or this is a better example of pricey. https://www.rew.ca/properties/281143...2C+Delta%2C+BC I want a house there, but not at these prices.
