So at age almost 82 I am dependent on everybody getting the vaccine. Otherwise if I catch it the odds of me dying are really high because of underlying heart conditions. When you look at this from my prospective it is way different than from a young person's view. The people that are not going to take the vaccine are going to kill off us old folks. My bucket list is not going to be accomplished.

Maybe flawed but my experience was the same.
It's possible to catch the flu as the vaccine takes about 2 weeks to build immunity. It's impossible to get the flu from the shot. It's possible to have flu like symptoms but not the actually flu. All it takes is one time to have full blown flu to know its not the same. |
