Im torn about getting the shot.....i understand both views about getting and not getting it. I personally believe i already had covid back in Feb when something was kicking my buy for almost a month straight! But back then there weren't testing for it other then asking if you've been out of the country. My wife has an auto-immune disorder so to say she is freaked out about being around careless people is an understatement! So i cant be any less careless for her sake or she goes into stress overdrive.
I guess in the end we will take the shot but we will be the VERY LAST ones in line and only after im being forced to do so at gunpoint!
And for those thinking that just because your healthy you will be fine.....tell that to this family below who just lost their Husband/father to covid. We used to hang some 20yrs ago in our stupid early 20's....he was a gym rat and by far the healthiest out of all of us. Never seen him sick...never missed a day of work for any reason other then family obligations....he would have been the guy you think would only get mild to no symptoms....now he's gone just like that

Wife just left to get hers but she is a NP, by the time I am even able to get it there will be more and a lot will have had it. I'll decide than, working from home (did before all this ****) and almost always outside when around people I do not worry much.

As for the same as flu, all I know is that I have known of 11 people that have had it, 2 dead, one in the hospital. I have never known anyone die from the flu but I know they do. The one in the hospital is over 70 so at risk, the other two were younger than me, one in his mid 40's.

The great thing, if you don't want to take it,,,, well DON'T, but why screw with people that do? Its like Bit$hing at the poor min wage worker telling you you need a mask on when you enter a store, they are just trying to keep there job. Call corporate.

Some HR departments are already researching making it MANDATORY, as in a requirement to keep your job. And not to jump in with the tin-foil hat group...but there are those in our wonderful incoming government who feel that is okay. This could easily morph into a "show your 'immunization card' to be able to buy food, gas, etc.

I couldn't go to Texas or Florida earlier this year because of being from Louisiana . I am a Amercian and was restricted from moving "freely" in the USA. Like many other Americans, from other states as well in the USA , who were not able TO move Freely.....

Yes, thats what I am afraid of too. We are at the point of no return. Dems are saying for the good of the people and for individuals at risk. Ive never been much of a conspiracy theorist but its getting out of control. They already said the govt can make shots mandatory during a pandemic and then, if they dont, the airlines have said it may be required to fly at which pint they will put a star on your license similar to Real ID. How is this not different than the star of david on Jews in WWII?
