Only moving to a city next door. Our moron Trudeau also brought in a carbon tax on top of our moron provincial governments carbon tax. Gas will be expensive this summer!

Isn't gas/fuel/oil more controlled by crude on the world market supply and demand? According to this 1 year ago it was $114 and $61 today barrel. I don't like gas prices but we been through this before...

How much tax per liter? Here in Pennsylvania we pay federal 18.4, state 58.7 cents per gallon. Total is 77.1 |
[QUOTE=Eddienel;4777948] Maybe I should buy stock in Western Union because illegals send most of their earnings back to Mexico.
Income derived from Mexican national’s working in the US is a significant component of the Mexican economy. I’ve been using the h2a visa farm workers for the last 10 yrs and they send it all home except food $$. The 30 yrs prior I worked domestic illegals who would send some $$ back but their gimmick was/is to buy a house for cash and smuggle in 15-20 family members from Oaxaca. Back to the gas, maybe I’m missing something but is there some high tech aspect to the wind/solar sector? Historically haven’t all major industrial advancements occurred because of technological breakthroughs. Seems like trying to do fine engraving with a chisel and a hammer when it takes 30+ acres of solar panels to provide elec for 1000 homes and that doesn’t include industrial power it takes to stock those homes with appliances, furniture, etc. |

Not a surprise--most of the refineries and fracking operations shut down in Texas due to the cold.
