Fuel is up globally, demand is high - prices are higher

SOS ever since I started driving many years ago. The president in office gets the blame even though prices are worldwide! Heard the same thing back in the 80's with gas shortages and lines.

Gotta love the liberal spin, blah blah supply and demand blah blah. while that is certainly true for mocha soy lattes, skinny jeans and rainbow flags, bottom line is 1 year ago we were energy independent, today we are begging the arabs to increase production so we can buy more from them.

If the dumbass in office didn't shut the pipeline down and halt other exporting oil the prices would still be low as the competitors would be forced to lower prices. We don't need anyone else's fuel but here we go again with the big green **** show!!!

Don't know if you are calling me a libtard or not I was just going off of data and the fact that oil is a global market. Not like we keep our oil, at times we have been one of the largest exporters and importers. That said, looks like we are producing just as much as last year since May 2021.
