Had a mud buddy and had trim trouble, sold it. Bought a Go Devil with out all the bells and whistles runs flawless. Never had a issue when it ices up on lake Erie Michigan. Check them out.

Those things are everywhere here. They pass in front of my house several times a day. In some areas they are the only way to go. Only thing I dont like about them is they are pretty loud. Thats not good when your hunting. Gator Tail is the most popular around here.

I have a duck boat with twin 40hp EFI GatorTail mud motors (surface drives). The previous owner flipped it in the river and I bought if from the insurance company. Both engines are being rebuilt and should have it back any day. Planning on selling it this fall to some crazed duck hunter!

I know the title is baby surface drive and have seen mud motors before, but recently seen this. Nothing spells man like counterbalancing a diesel with about a 10 or so foot shaft with a 24 or 36 inch prop on it.
