Calling around to the many marinas around here only one had heard of the part and luckily they had two in stock. Marina is an hour away so I asked for them to check the self and one ended up being missing and the other was spoken for for a boat they were working on there.

couldn’t find many online that had one in stock. Finally found one in New York hopefully have a before this weekend we’ll see .

Oh, boat stayed at 160F on hose and idling on the water. Get on plane temp would go slowly up, I would take off plane at 190F. Back to idle would cool back to 160F.

Removed tstat - worked pefectly on stove with my temp gun.

Check recirc pump, impeller seems to be still attached. I heard some have fallen off

This is a 2006/7 350 MPI with Bravo 3. Serpentine belt (non aoir pump) sea water pump

I don't know if any of these rebuild parts/kits can help you or not, but hardin has always shipped fast and has had good customer/tech service.

Okay. Merc makes wear kits for either side of impeller and relatively low cost.

I have it all written up another site) along with pics and Merc instruction sheets that come with.

Guess you have to be logged in there to see it. Didn’t realize that sorry. Good thread with info, part #’s, and instructions. Would be a pain to do all the info and such twice.

Paidraigs over there too. :thumbs
