Yup but some folks need the government in their lives to tell them what to do, others want very little government and freedom.
The first wear masks and hang onto Faucis every word and , the second group can make up their own minds.

these laws are all b.s. i'm not saying wearing one isn't a good idea but its the continuing govermental intrusion we will regret.

unenforcable at best and a reason to pull you over to go on a fishing expedition at worst.

and the inconsistency is amazing. in michigan you must wear a seatbelt in a car but you do not have to wear a helmet riding a motorcycle.

I agree with you on this. Seems every law enforcement agency can question you or board your boat, DNR, state, county, local police, USCG, AUX. USCG even homeland security.

I also agree.

I have rode motorcycles since I was 7 and always fight the Hemet laws for adults. My reasoning is if you want to splatter your dumba$$ head on the ground like a watermelon what do I care. It doesn't affect me, same as with the seat belt laws. You are the only one taking the risk.

But I am a bit strange, I also think everyone should have to ride a motorcycle for 2 years before you get to drive a car, that way you either learn to drive defensively, or well,,,,,,,,,, you know thin the bad drivers out.
