Not a fake email, but I have a spam email used for all online activities and anything not considered important. The inbox is monitored. This keeps all spammers out of my personal email.

The Cigarette booth would get the spam email.

Ruiz got a bunch of cash for the stock IPO. He bought stuff with the cash, CRT, planes/helicopter/ 100 million in Coral Gables real estate. By buying stuff he was diversifying the "investments" and when the stock dumped, the wealth he had diminished BUT the stuff he bought still has real value. He can sell that "stuff" to make himself liquid again and its likely harder for "investors" to claw back the money if that time comes.

CRT is a separate entity from the stock but the cash flow into CRT is all based on Ruiz.

Probably not unless they get sued.

ehhh…… if CRT can’t sustain itself as a functioning business then Ruiz will have to give it a cash infusion, if the cash dries up or he loses interest then CRT could be in trouble.

If the investors sue (they already started) and win then they will want to clawback assets to make them whole. CRT, houses and planes would all be part of that asset grab.

I would assume there is an existing line of credit/capital based on other holdings. The banks review/evaluate the equity tied to line of credit for reduction or increase the credit(cash) that is available incase its needed at CRT. These reviews are done annually as required by the FDIC, they are very strict and the auditors carry a big hammer. Given the market conditions in FLA with respect the real estate market the lenders prob. have a good eye on his holdings and declared value of them. As long as he doesn't piss off the AG of NY and the DA in Atlanta !!!
