Not enough time to enjoy enough boating these days so the pool and patio is getting remodeled.

Good thread to read, looks like a lot of stuff to hopefully get done!

My list includes looking at a building to store some of my toys in, hoping to get there Saturday. All depending on the realtor and schedule.

On my fountain pull engine, toss the Holley efi system, have new bearings put in, buff, possibly put in a new dash so I can get it listed in the spring.

Scarab get new motors to the shop, order scx, build the sc shortly lowers, get interior over to upholstery shop around the first of the year, lord knows what else will come up.

Cruiser get the new gimbal ring on and buff out, add some egregious name and start lining up the strippers hopefully only get to take that one out once or twice before it’s sold and gone.

Baja parts boat - well get parts off of it and list them up lol.

And in the background knowing I’m going to build another Baja next winter so starting to stockpile crap for that build. Thank god I’m not married, don’t know how I could justify a Procharger sitting in my kitchen and a shorty lower sitting next to one of the chaise lounges in my family room to a girl.

Not sure of your plans on the SC lower, but I would suggest having a SCX vertical shaft installed so you can use spacers if ever needed and the 1 7/16 prop shaft for added prop choices. IMCO has a hub adapter to slide over the 1 7/16 that you can use for bravo prop use. Just thought I would suggest a few things to maybe help you out in the long run. Good luck with the build.

1. fix some gel coat on the bottom of the fountain.
2. install trans cooler on the truck to help with temps during the summertime.
3. full service on the 525 efi to get her ready for next spring!

after all the years of redoing the Tiger, i don't have anything left to do. Had to do top-ends last year due to a surprise aluminum head rot, so now everything on the boat has been totally redone and its 100%. it winterized and coming back to the house this wknd... Its also for sale at 325k or best offer, dont need or want to sell, but I found something bigger I want and if I can make it work I will.

Nice job, that’s a fast straight bottom.
