Hi All,
Does anyone have recent experience or have a newly built Predator Powerboats. I'm thinking of building a C311 cat but have no experience with this builder. I'm in Havasu and have been boating for awhile. Just don't see these boats in our neck of the woods.
If you do have experience, let me know.

Small operation but don’t let it fool you.
Gallery ? McHugh Racing
FYI There is a more current 32 not shown but is noticeably wider. Trying to hook up with another member here to go check it out. He’s been there.

OP: There is a grey 311 that resides in Havasu so you should have seen it running around. It was an early gen hull and had some structural issues. You probably wont find any info on it and the current owner knew nothing about it when purchased last year. I was told that the newer hulls have an improved/revised build process but with so few of those hulls built and not much info on the internet about them, I personally would look elsewhere.

I had firsthand discussions with one of the buyers of an early model Predator built cats, and it was a nightmare for him. With so many reputable builders of cats in that size/type range, I would spend my money with a known builder - or buy used.

Thanks for the advise. The C311 is going for much less than some of the better known builder boats. I guess you get what you pay for...

Agree...the only problem I have is that I was looking for a wider beam like the Wrights and others have. I've ridden in a friends 32' and wasn't impressed with the ride. Maybe their bottom hull design has changed. Going to have a look. Thanks!
