That was signed on Nov 10th....right around that same time Putin started putting troops on the border cause it pissed him off. How could he not be pissed? They are basically getting Ukraine one step away from being full NATO which Putin doesn't want! If they really wanted to get Ukraine into NATO they could have done this under the radar behind Putin's back...he would have been pissed off even more but at that point he wont go against all of NATO!

Saw something about that last night. Apparently its a level 3 facility so its not anywhere near as bad as what Wuhan was but still! Its the typical Virtue signaling politicians do.....we cant be doing things like this here in the states but its OK if we fund it and do it elsewhere! No different then the OIL situation....we cant drill our own land but its OK to import dirtier oil from somewhere else because its MAGIC and that OIL doesn't hurt our environment!
Same thing with Lithium mining for batteries.....we have it in California, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Connecticut, Maine, and Massachusetts and ship it all to China for them to make batteries cause its bad for the environment......and somehow its magic that china converts it to batteries and ships them back to us but doesn't hurt the environment there...and in turn the rest of the world!!

What gets me also is leaving our borders open to go protect Ukrains. Now that is stupid. Well maybe the border patrol will at least be useful there. Certainly not here and told to be on TikTok all day.
