Correct. Production costs for everything from beef to fruit/veggies are rising at a rate that make it difficult for producers to correctly price their end product, which is sometimes sold in advance or is contracted six months prior to the sale/delivery date. The fruit growing/shipping company I recently retired from in FL ships blueberries year round and partially financed growers from various countries.
Argentinian growers were a big headache dealing with seemingly endless inflation.
In FL and CA, high value crops like strawberries, have seen annual production costs rise from a few thousand $$ per ac to 25,000$+ before infrastructure and harvest labor costs. So, yeah things may get pretty wild before it settles back down. It’s way bigger than just truck/boat gas.

Just because Million of people didn't like one man's tweets we,
Are threatened by Russia with nuclear war.
Oil drilling and pipelines are shut down in this country.
A little more than two and a half years ago the United States was selling oil to Saudi Arabia. The United States was producing so much oil that it collapsed the oil Market making oil commodities worthless. Now Biden is begging Saudi Arabia to sell us more oil......
Buying oil from Russia-Russia-Russia. Didn't the Democrats hate Russia?

By a stroke of a pen the United States can once again be the leader of oil production. But that wouldn't be practicing wokeism.

About 1000 barrels per day less. Crazy. And it will keep going down.

If I'm reading that chart right, it's not a thousand less, it's a thousand thousand less. Or, a million barrels less daily.

Looking at some other data I think you are right, so about 1 million barrels oer day less. That site has some cool data, I downloaded gas prices the other day that went back all the way to like 1920.
