Dude owns a 42X cig with 1100's now. Still running around LOTO |

Just curious where ALL the other boats are. Thought I seen one anchored. Maybe it was moving couldn’t tell for sure. Seems as so many have changed their tune on this and that’s great. Learn from it. I’m just not sure how other than don’t run a boat so fast in uncharted waters with a boat full of people.
Again just looking for the cause but pretty sure I get it now. |

BIG waves in Lake Michigan, been there done that. Wasn't fun. IT IS NOT like LOTO at Shootout. I think you would agree with that? LOTO is water coming from every direction, bouncing off the walls and throw in cruiser wakes. But hey, I am sure you will tell us your great skill.... Because yup, your special...
I hear that all the time about LOTO, can it get so bad you can’t find clean water to run in? Never been there but sounds aggravating. |

Sounds like a good time considering. I’ll make it someday. Until then I’ll continue to play in the ponds of the Great Lakes. Not always for rookies either! Just use to it. 👍
Throw in Shootout ending of the day and it is epic rough (ESPECIALLY if a storm is coming in) If I remember, the year of the accident all came true at the same time. They have changed a number of the rules for Shootout in the last couple of years, no wake zones, start areas etc... But when you have 5K boats all taking off at the same time, it gets rough. |

Lake Michigan is a washing machine but with bigger waves. Hardly ever do they ever come from one direction like in the ocean Hope this helps . |

I have NEVER had the luck to see that waves from one direction stuff. Not saying it doesn’t happen, just that it is rare. I am on the east coast, maybe the west coast it does? |
