From what I know the boat was built for super vee light. It had not done any national races as a svlt. The motors are not legal for svlt or sealed.
It is not fair to judge a boat on its first race. Knowing the type of people involved in the boat and the builder, just wait.
Peter did a good job on the boat not following the monkey see monkey doo approach to vee botoms.

there are plenty of boats that took time to dial in, IE in-mocean
raced a few races in 2001, did so so then kicked a$$ in 2002.

Sure looks cool, this will be a boat to watch how it develops. Do you guys think the tall sides and the 9.6 beam is the way of the fucture or did they just finish the Baja-ha project when Baja bailed? kind of pricey too. But hey, there are a lot of super wealthy people out there.
