Go to Ft Lauderdale air show every year, love the technology, sights, sounds and patriotism. Cant help but think that it must suck to be on the opposing side!

That is very cool. Very few get to experience flying close to another aircraft (let alone 5 others).

If you're in the Traverse City area or up early for Boyne Thunder the Blue Angels will fly July 1,2,3. We're sorta lucky to have the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds alternate each year for 4th of July and the Cherry Festival.

yes it was very cool. They basically performed the equivalent of a 25 minute air show. Different formations and maneuvers. It was very cool I have a bunch of pics and videos if anyone is interested.
