Condolences to the family and friends, sad news. RIP

O/B, I have a place about 2mi up river from that spot. That’s about the narrowest section of the river and when the wind blows it funnels right through there against the current. Goes from calm to haulover inlet type conditions very quickly.

I started to hit the like button but didn’t want to do that in this case.

I heard it was an OB powered boat, though none appear to still be on the hull.

My fear is, w/the power of the new OBs, this won’t be the last.

This is very sad, but...... IT IS ****ING STUPID to be 2.5x the legal limit. Then add in 100mph run? Senseless loss.....
