You will be at or over $2000 month from Stuart to West Palm, South of West Palm $2000 month minimum. And its almost season, so after October you wont be able to find anything.
Loggerhead in Lantana has availability on and off - for 35 feet it will be $2000 mo or more.
Lake Park Marina usually has something open and they are always the cheapest. But thats still going to be $2000 mo
You can try al the city marinas like Riviera but Im sure its full...
Theres a waiting list in Delray for 5 years.

I always wondered what people are paying for slips. I pay $100 month for indoor storage and just pull it everywhere. With the closest lake being damn near 2 hours away it would probably pay itself off over a summer.
$1000 a month is a chunk of change to me, but I’m also not the guy on the 600k boat either.

My buddies pay right around a $1000 a month on a annual for a 40 footer plus electric at salty sams just over the bridge from fort myers beach.
problem is their not taking any more annuals in. In fact the writing is on the wall that the marina is right around the corner from demo and condos.
Waterfront public docking will soon be a thing of the past in south Florida.
My brother lives on the hook on his trawler in Bimini basin and works in the cape. Some scumbag lowlifes bought some pile of chit that recently sunk and now they will end up kicking everyone out.
Many of the dirt ball liveaboards are just homeless people with boats and 2 dogs they can’t afford.

Toying with the idea of buying a cruiser in florida, so i can have a ''place to stay'' as well as a boat at the same time, so looking (can't believe it) for a flying bridge 35 ish footer.
Cost of wet slips seems to be... way much more expensive than in my neck of the wood! here, i can get a slip for 2500-3000$ for 6 months. So my guess was 6000 for 12 months right?
I just begun hunting for info in 3-4 places and can't seem to find anything less than 1000$ ish minimum per month, not to mention other at 1800-2200$ per month!
Maybe I am not wealthy enough to have a boat in florida... can't believe all those boaters all spend those crazy amount, and i calculated on 35 foot, so those having 45's and bigger... wow !

125 a month for a diver to clean the bottom and replace the zincs. This is a must or you’ll pay later.
4-5 years between bottom jobs $2-3000 if you do it yourself $5-6000 for the yard for 2 coats.
survey every 3 -4 years for insurance $20 a foot but probably more these days .
Neverending crap to be fixed on a boat sitting in saltwater plus interior systems , water pumps, heaters , holding tanks vacu flushes ,ac units you name it.
Not cheap living on a boat and keeping it up.
