Is it normal to bring it in by barge? Seems like the hard way. I had mine piled up on the bank and placed them with an excavator. Rock is dirt cheap in Idaho so I used boulders.

No shore anchor piers or cables to shore for the dock visible yet. Makes me wonder if a seawall might be coming in the next few months when the lake is drawn down which would have anchor points in it.

Rolled back through the cove today and was surprised to see no holes being dug. With all of the early land sales I would have thought that somebody would have the itch to get going on a home. Looking forward to the day when a guy can see allot of cool hardware parked in the slips.

Not sure I would have an interest in doing anything in that area now that the new carnival is going in. JMHO

Any boats in the dock(s) there yet? We sold our villa in Country Club Cove last month. Sold the NorTech last spring. Everything gone except I still have a 17K Galva lift with the 8x12 work platform on it. Cradle still set up for the 34 NT CC. Haven't really tried to sell it yet but if anyone here is having an issue getting a lift built and wants to move mine I don't have much of a need for it much longer.

The 3 homes on lots 26-30-31 are being dug currently. They started last Monday. Those are all 2nd tier and went to permits first. The next 2-3 should be started by mid June. Most of the current buyers have a schedule of deliveries starting next February into early summer. Ours included.
The clubhouse dirt work is starting Tuesday, I believe. We had some finishes that changed due to conflicting delivery schedule for our needs. MP, I'll keep your lift in mind as I speak to people this week. We will all be in town starting Thursday this week, |

You can see the early dirt work last Tuesday on 30 and 31 above the clubhouse clearing which is along the water in front of the newest dock install.
Also, I see dirt work has commenced on the 14 villas we are constructing on the upper far left.
