GatorOne's new 50' MTI-V is a work of art. So many little details you can miss if you're aren't really looking. typical one-off stuff that he always likes to have too.

It is said that the new owners of Cigarette feel the need to deceive customers by creating stories. Sooner or later it is going to come back and bite them. Marketing is a big part of any successful business, with the net, informed people such as Mercurysonic and forums such as this, the word travels quickly. I would have thought after last years debacle with Doug Wright they would have learned. I heard Alex tell a gentleman that the engine and pump was completely engineered by them. He also told me they were taking refundable deposits for orders at the show, with a delivery date later this year. Seems like another Doug Wright deal.

I’d bet they have an agreement with Belassi. Even if it’s just a letter of intent but sounds like this deal has been in the works for over a year so hopefully not going down the path they did with DW. You’d think they learned their lesson last show with the DW debacle. Or maybe they thought they were smarter by not letting everyone know their plans and weren’t expecting someone to be able to call it out. Either way, it’s not a good look stacked on top of many decisions that don’t have good optics. I just keep shaking my head and it seems nothing is shocking anymore coming out of the factory from the obvious decisions made public to the rumor mill and behind the scenes chat from people in the know. Not a lot of good. I’m guessing the time will come soon (or will need to come soon) where a sit down and re assessment of company direction will need to happen.
