Wasn't the Cig PWC supposed to be all electric? Yet, they have half of a clearly gas engine PWC on display that looks nothing even close to what their CGI mock up looks like.
Like most here, I am not a lawyer and have absolutely no clue on the potential legality repercussions from buying someone else's product and slapping your own logo on it.
Several things probably make it even more convoluted;
1. The fact that it would involve international law being two different companies in two different countries.
2. The fact that they aren't actually selling the PWC, its just sitting there on display. Can I not go out and buy something and slap my logo on it, if I am using it as a display and not actually selling it?
I'm sure the billionaire owners know what they are doing, but then again billionaires break laws and get sued all the time as well. I have no clue how big of a company Belassi is, but if all they make is a PWC, I am guessing they wouldn't stand a chance financially of taking on a billionaire in international court.
