I think it was an ill conceived and poorly executed protest that played into the hands of the establishment politicians and the media. Given the changes to the election process, questionable procedures and lack of credible explanations for some of the irregularities, some form of serious protest would be demanded if one followed the thinking of Jefferson.

so your saying the bike week and daytona 500 do not bring in much needed tourist dollars. those two events have to help daytona economics yes lots of people but those people spend money in your city
