That's awesome good to know!! I hope to use mine at least a few more times this year...have to get together for a beer or something! You into the moneypit/headache we call performance boating as well?

I am currently docking it in front of a house in cape coral until I can get it hauled in november but after this hurricane I will not leave this boat in a hurricane zone during the summer so after I get out of the yard I'm bringing it up the Tenn-Tom to northern Mississippi to Bay Springs Lake .

Before the trawler I bought a lightly damaged Islander Freeport 36 sailboat for my retirement get away but the trawler is slipping into that spot, but I love sailing and is far more exciting even though the trawler has 4 times the living space and practically. I really want to keep it because it has a brand new diesel package and sails and though its 40 years old it looks like its 5 years old being it was shipped down to Florida from Colorado recently . Also a rare desirable bird that I don't have a whole lot of money into .

I bought a lift kept lightly damaged Hunter 26 trailer sailor up for auction because it was below cheap and I had a empty 12000 lb aluminum trailer and I wanted to camp and sail America and it cost me nothing to store,

I also have a Mc 16 fast sailboat down here along with my Livingston catamaran skiff .

Up north in Michigan I have my 19' Baron/ Powerplay that needs a resto at this point and another sailboat my Prindle 16 catamaran I know I have Blow boats on the brain but their entertaining compared to slow non performance powerboats .

So a second boat is not unreasonable, lol.

But I grew up in the 80s with my dad having a small Armada at the end of the Tdock at the MCBYC in Michigan with us living on our 48' S&S sailboat along with our 26 Monza and 19 Baron along with numerous small sailboats and dinghies.

Nice set of boats. I grew up in a family that had power and sailboats simultaneously. Still like both. I'll get on just about anything that floats. I've got salt water in my blood.
