I stumbbled across this interesting video on youtube. It is the GEICO Chopper-but related to GEICO racing...and a 4' Geico model.

Saw that too. Been following Bikes and Beards for some time now along with Craig's spin off channel. Quite the score for only $10K! The watch was cool too. I'd take his neighbor's offer up on it in a heartbeat if he gets to keep the trailer, watch, and model boat!

Its a deal for 10K but it will certainly need a refresh, that stuff was used for display it wasn't really run regularly.

That chopper fad was hot for a few years but it certainly died off quickly (too many builders saturated the limited demand). Those shops were running on the tv revenue money, not running on their own business revenue! Once the shows got cancelled the shops closed shortly thereafter (Orange county, Jesse James, etc)
