Pictures of the parking lot where the race boats are displayed, this area will be fine, sand is being removed - I would say there area will be fine for the race. The surrounding homes on Englewood Beach and Manasota Key that are not elevated most likely suffered water damage

I do not see any structural damage to any properties, just contents ruined due to flooding; however, this assumption/assessment is from a layman’s perspective

I would expect this race to remain a go, but that is an assumption. The habitability of rental properties on Englewood Beach and Manasota Key that are not elevated …that remains to be determined
