Lawyers can’t fix broken glass, I would recommend Scott Weinberg, Esq. for criminal defense, I know him and his law firm, his law office is directly across the street from the Charlotte County Courthouse in Punta Gorda. I did not read his response, the defendant screwed up, not his lawyer.

Smarty, since you are an attorney I have a question on the booking sheet. under race it say 'white' but under ethnicity it says 'not hispanic'. what does that mean? he is not eskimo or peruvian either so why would it say what he is not? also notice it says that he is single but every where it says that this has affected his wife and family. seems like an odd booking sheet.

I do not have an accurate answer for the demographic inconsistencies in his booking sheet, I wish I had an answer for you. Maybe clerical error?
