Take a look at his previous arrest records. Just search by name in the link below.
CCSO Arrest Database

It's definitely time for him to spend a few years in prison.

All these guys are crazzy.

I do have a question though, since on every forum or farcebook post it comes up as he's just a "Kid". At what point does a kid become a man, "Bro"?
Is it 22, 25, 30, 35+? Do we change the drinking age to 30 since anything younger they're just kids?

My oldest is 19. If he identified himself as a kid, I'd spank him for doing so, then slap myself for the way I raised him. My $.02

This is something I have always had a bit of a pet peeve about.

At 18 we can put you in the army, give you weapons and send you off to kill and die for us.

But you can not buy a drink till you are 21.

WTF?

WOW.

I’ve got all you guys as Fired Up as Brock lol.

I know kids these days communicate with this Bro and Dude Lingo , still sounds stupid.

I’ve repeatedly dealt with kids doing 40mph in the parking lot in our condo development where young kids are playing and so far have not spoke with 1 that has any respect for adults these days .

Last week I had a 10 yo girl almost run over my Pom on an electric scooter doing 30 mph on the sidewalk 15 feet out of my front door , zero care and all mouth.

I start every conversation with an education of how fast accidents can happen that so far have only met with cursing and verbal attacks .

Brock was out of line getting on the Kids boat but the attention the internet is giving this is sickening to me.

If any of you have ever argued with you girlfriend or wife you know the quickest way to shut it down is to not say a word , that’s all the kid had to do .

You engage any disagreement with cursing and you are throwing fuel on the fire .

I hope the rest of them get a pass on it, being passengers that didn't participate. My guess they didn't imagine it would escalate the way it did. They shouldn't be held liable for the actions of the captain of the boat they were on. And we did hear one of them say "Let's get back on this boat"....

Thanks. Brad.
Its not clear whether the prior incident happened in the marked section of the bridge or the area the argument is taking place.

Either way not having lights on will get you killed and that’s all Brock was saying to the kid to start because I’m sure Brock had a Oh Chit moment nearly missing the unlit boat.

It does sound stupid until you see the mentality of kids these days .

I think if you are in the Armed services you should get a pass to drink at 18 , In fact this country could benefit from mandatory 1 year enlistment and training out of high school.

But it would become a babysitting camp for it to work with these kids.

He`s a kid because of the time he`s been on Earth and life experiences and also :

When is the frontal Lobe fully developed?
around age 25
This is because the brain's frontal lobe, especially the prefrontal cortex, isn't fully mature until around age 25. The development of the pre-frontal cortex of the frontal lobe allows us to process the pros and cons of a decision before it is made

I'd assume the USCG can pull his Capt's license but can the FWC or local authorities do it also?

I don’t know how he could be holding a captains license with a previous DUI conviction unless they have changed the rules since I held mine years ago. I think a felony conviction disqualifies you also though I don’t know if he will be charged with one , I hope not for his part , but probably to late save him from his internet conviction.

Tommy,

But the azzhat charter captain was informed multiple times that the kid HAD his lights on, and that it was "that other dude" that didn't. The azzhat charter captain should have strolled at that point. But no... He had a beef to pick....

Thanks. Brad.
