We got to the airport , flight was at 6pm , didn`t get out till after 11pm. (never been in an airport after it closed)
ended up just going back to the strip , not going to sit around at an airport all day.
Got to Atlanta with connecting flight cancelled.
Delta got us a room at some roach motel, the shuttle and ride I thought they were taking us to harvest my organs, (good luck getting a good liver)
It`s late we`re tired, no luggage, no extra anything, guy ahead of us checking in didn`t speak english, they are doing everything via phone , I was on my last nerve and wanted to shoot myself in the face. 4 hrs later back to the airport to start the whole thing all over again.
Good times.

Well i finally made it home, only took two days, did a uber at 2am (just over $300) this morning to miami and then got a direct flight on a 777 to LAX, ive done that flight quite a few times over the years but the first time sitting in the back of the plane, ( do not recommend)
but overall a fun trip even without the boat, and come to think of it not bringing the boat probably saved me enough money to pay for motor thats getting rebuilt.

Ended up renting a car. Though barely as everyone’s sold out. Driving to Miami today to get a flight home.

Taxiing out in Lauderdale. Hopefully the connecting flight makes it.

Watched races Sunday out in boat.
