Im sure if you went in there and wanted a bare bones race boat they would do it.....but dont expect for the upgrades to get it to the typical standards to be cheap after that.

ferrari does have this. the challange cars. Porsche has the TS witch is a stripped down and fast. so they all make them you just dont see them.

FWIW:
For these big ticket items, manufacturers typically go with MSRP as such:
1/3 1/3 1/3 rule.

1/3 cost
1/3 profit
1/3 that you get to play with your dealers, discounting, holdbacks, service, factory reps, etc.

That first 1/3 plus gets eaten up by power and rigging from Merc, I've seen as much as 40% of the boat cost. Everyone thinks the boatbuilders are manufacturing money and that is just not the case, especially if they are paying quality lamination, paint/gel, interior and rigging personnel and using premium components, especially in interior, stereo, glass dashes and lighting. It's less than 1/5 profit from what I've seen.
