Thoughts on the new Miami Vice movie?

SEVEN Time Formula One Champion Sir Lewis Carl Davidson Hamilton, a FACTORY FFF FERRARI Driver Having Just run the Miami Grand Prix a few weeks ago, mixing it up for the November Release of Grand Theft Auto VI . So . . . you have THREE PERFECT EXAMPLES of Synergy with this movie and I guarantee NONE will be in play when the flick comes out. Clearly, that dude fits the Scene like a glove, is more famous than you know World Wide and so rich, he would do the movie for free. You would have symbiotic advertising from the F1 sport, the gaming world with GTA6 and all the Auto Manufacture attached to it. Some even make boats and merge with Hyper Foil Electric boat racing. So there you have it. Done with a Drone, A Go Pro camera, a rented Miami Vice Scarab KV 38, Hamiltons own Ferrari , an A.I. tune (sounds like a LL Cool J, Chuck D Mash) and an editor with an I Phone. Could have been done with AI SORA on a desktop for 3K without leaving the house and giving the box verbal prompts as it renders the whole clip. Just sayin'

When you get down to it, the whole Thunder Row, Offshore Racing, Drug Running, Cartel Infiltration, Poppy Bush, Donald Trump, Miami Beach Bikini Scene is such a target rich environment. IF you F Up the script, cast or hardware, your a moron and your movie deserves to fail. That whole "Speed Kills" Debacle was downright pathetic. That is a super power story / script that can write itself, you don't even have to think. It has a potential to bring back that entire scene to mainstream again. No DEI, No Political Correctness, just raw reality delivered Hot. For its time Miami Vice was edgey and had alot of firsts with emphasis on music of the day.
If they are going to twist it up and mix new age music with the old 85' scene, they better get creative. Your going to need MkGee to write songs that make you think you time traveled, your going to need Post Malone to Run Dope in this one and drop some tracks and get nasty with a few more artists in the mix. The old show had Ted Nugent and Willie Nelson as well as Don Felder running Dope.
They better use period correct Sexy boats with actual Big Block sounds and plenty of T&A just like it used to be with muscle cars everywhere. Throw in some Blown Hot Boats with insane paint and do what Fast and Furious did. . . . Show the freakin' Blow outs , the Boating Scene at the sand bars and the Offshore powerboat scene. You can't dip your toe in the water , you have to go all in. The Cats were in play by '85 so they can mix it up. This is a VERY EASY task to make this movie. But HOLLYWOOD is in the state of Collapse for ten years now. Don't Hold Your Breathe, expect garbage.

Friend of mine just sold one of those to another friend of mine.
I know y’all on here are sworn to hate all OB’s but one of the best boat chase scenes is in this series.
Crocket and Tubbs are in a Yammi powered Action vee bottom chasing an OB Bayliner through the narrow canals of Miami.
Audio sucks though as it starts as Harley motors to to car motors.
The actual action is good though.

From stars to cars to boats to glamorizing Miami to drugs, the series had a huge impact to so many people. Friday nights were reserved for watching MV. In regards to boats it wasn’t prejudiced towards any size. But one of my favorites is the following. Has to be classified as the fastest boat in the series even if he starts it up with an inboard sound and following it was running on the sound ting of 2.4 Bridgeports. Still badass
