Hey guys!
as much as i hate thinking of this, selling my be my next move... we always boated with the kids for the last 25 years! 5 on board was easily manageable, but my 3 daughters now have boyfriends and everyone jumps in! So 8 is getting tight. Tight to sleep, tight to eat, to seat, so on and so forth.... so last 2 years my girlfriend started to talk me in a change.... which i try not to ear!😂but she is right unfortunatly. She looks at express cruisers such as but not limited to, fountain 38, scarab 38... most Exp cruisers are wideload, and often to high with tops or arch to be able to back them in my garage... so they would need to sleep outside either in my driveway, which i hate fearing drives getting stolen, then maybe i should leave it out in a marina, or in water the whole summer... that becomes more expensive. At that point i am asking myself if i should nt go with a bigger cruiser... man am i lost...🤦🏻♂️😂
so the question is, how much would you think would be the real selling value of my boat? 2000 sonic 45 triple 500 efi, i am the third (12 years) fresh water owner, engines completely rebuilt 250-300 hours ago, boat total hours around 1500 hours, 3 bravo one spinning 28's, original upholstery in good condition, ac, on myco triple axle with recent tires and bearing ready to go where ever needed...
i think just parting out i could get some quick money in engines, exhaust drives trailer
so! Open to hear your thoughts! Thanks for sharing!

Performance I/O's are a hard sell now and a triple performance V is almost impossible. Different boat but you see newer (mid 2000's) 47 triple Fountains listed at low 100K and not moving.
Good luck.
Good luck.

As I age..easy answer
thin the herd that comes along for the ride
Let them get boats
And follow you
Let them know 5 is limit
we stopped changing our lives to suit the kids and grandkids

Suddenly we have more free time and dollars for us in our golden years.

they prefer not to go... i will have to train their boyfriend i guess!
