i don't know if these are more
excuses, than lies, but here goes.
1 "i wasn't running full throtle" (usually after being passed)

2. "I'm to heavy, too much fuel"

3. "i didn't have enough fuel to keep running that fast"

4. " my significant other was yelling at me to slow down"

5. " your boat is smaller than mine"

6. " this think isn't running right"

7. " i've got a dinged up prop"

8. " trims not working right"

9. " i'm still breaking the motors in"

10. " it's too rough out"

anybody ever heard any of these

I never really ran the boat hard!

It only has 40 hours on it!

I'm affraid of rough seas!

I flushed it after every time we used it!

It's in perfect condition, a 10!

She was owned by a little old man in Ft. Lauderdale who drove to shooters and back!

I have no idea how those Gil race mounts got bent that way!

How much does a GPS weigh? They all seem to slow a boat down about 10mph, Everyones boat runs 80mph till they put a GPS on It and it goes 67 on GPS
