Don't have a lot of advice for you, but wish you luck. Heck, I had trouble getting return email and phone calls from them to BUY something. I hope it works out for you.

had customers ripped by many companies, most of the time if one call doesnt straighten it out, then one good letter from a lawyer should staighten it right out........couple hundred bucks for a factual letter from a lawyer is cheaper than 3 months of nerve racking conversations with employees that get paid to argue with you!

Thumbs down

These guys have never once returned an e-mail of mine, and I have read the same complaint on numerous occasions from other members.
I would not even come close to considering a purchase with those folks since they don't feel it necessary to answer simple requests for information. The guy sending that e-mail just might be typing it while sitting on a briefcase full of cash. Their loss, I guess.
Hope it all works out for you- BBB and State's Attorney General's office are the way to go.

Is National in Ohio? I contacted them the other day about a Fountain.....if the same...I'll go elsewhere.

Who's the best/closest dealer to Michigan? Seems like the local dealers got out of offshores.....JBM not selling Fountains any longer and Lands End stopped their PowerQuest line 2 years ago.

Thanks.

Jeff
