Yep, that looks like a clear violation... you have to be careful about that kind of stuff. At least, they are not going to fight it because I don't see how they could have a prayer of winning such a battle.... GO MIAMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The problem is that it's not a font, but a graphic design element, regardless of whether or not it appears to be one. I also agree that it's awfully trivial of them to gripe about an infringement (which it clearly is) when the 2 markets do not compete. Sucks for the kids.
