Just locked in our mortgage rate! We are at 5.62% for 25 yrs!!!
....and that's for a construction loan. I'm sure some of you guys can get lower in your area, but for a local bank in my small town.

Hated to sell the boat, but looks like it will be worth it for this year. BN, thanks in advance for the invite this summer

I just refied at 5.375 for 15yrs. no points.

I just locked @ 5.0375 for 15 yr, No points also! Awaiting the paperwork now.
