Washed Away, great points. Now why is it the two parties constantly put up candidates that tend to be more towards their respective poles, right or left. Seems to me the smart thing would for someone to promote a candidate that was truly moderate dthat embraced what many in the general public believe. I think the closest to this so far has been John McCain.

Oopps, one thing, McCain is a great American hero and a great man, but he was too left for most conservatives, in so doing lost to GW. Infact, he porbably would have laid the smack down on Gore pretty good, butter than Bush did......and Bush DID win.................. (relax, relax.............HeHeHe.....)
