Call whatever transmission shop you think is the best and ask them which company they have the best luck or service out of and go from there, ask the people that use them the most eh?

Sorry to hear you haven't solved your tranny problem. We deal with after market policy's all the time some are good some are bad be careful most cover internal drive train components only! none I have seen are a bumper to bumper or even close read the fine print. Any good policy will cost you {probably as much as a tranny or more} api, app, gmpp are all good. I know a few good tranny shops if you decide to go that route. It still sounds like a wiring or computer/sensor problem causing the tranny to go into a default mode the tranny itself may not be the actual problem. I would start to look at other areas. You could always trade it in for a well you know Good luck!

I had a Porsche (bought used) in the late 90's and bought ($1200) a 3 year warranty with GE (GeneralElectric) Capital and they worked fine ECU claim $3000 no problem and a Steering rack change also. I don't know if they still are in that business but go to investor relationship on the web and ask them to direct you to the divison they will know.
