Being an old rock-and-roller, I was sought out by Mick to be the original lead guitar in the band, but the tour sites would not allow my diesel guitar!

I think it was 1983 and they had just announced that the Stones would be appearing at the now gone Capital Center (here in Maryland). I remember standing in line for tickets in the snow as this was supposed to be their "farewell tour". Go figure.
