Have not been to LOTO, but I talk to boaters at work who work in our St. Louis office, and they say it goes off...also, I have seen the pics, so it does look fun....but the Sandbar goes off 9 months a year (and thats conservative)....I don't think my boys in St. Louis boat/party that much....Its like comparing RIO or Boubon St. to Iziba...the former happen for a week...the latter happens almost year around...
