Skater. I was out yesterday in my 3 month old 32 yesterday. The boat runs with Arnesons or number 6. Stable, fun as hell, Real nice. I think the 32 with Arneson or 368 with sixes set standards.

A paint brush and bucket boat is defined in the marine industry as a polyester or Vinylester construction with gelcoat. A carbon fibre or Kevlar vacuum bagged Epoxy boat, painted is a different ball game. You can build a lot of paintbrush brush boats within the time it takes to build an epoxy boat. If you do not want to wait for an epoxy boat, buy the other. I would guess the Polyester boat would never compete with a Carbon boat on a race coarse.

The Art Kern Story is true whether or not anyone wants to believe it or unfavorable as it is.

Skaters and MTI's are nice boats, but way to overpriced. For an insane boat that you won't get butt raped on, try looking at the mach series from Daves Custom Boats
