What's this boat worth??

I looked at that boat this summer. It was first listed at $58,000 I think. Then It went down to $48,000 in a matter of a month or two. Is it at $35,000 yet.
When I talked to the guy at the lot, he told me the trailer was rusted pretty good and wouldn't last but a couple of seasons. It is a sharp boat up close, the pics don't do it justice. The lack of power turned me off.
