Last year we were in the Potomac River in mid March. Last weekend was tempting but a few degrees short at 60. We all know how cold 60 degrees is at 50mph. Then there's the cold 25 degree nights, which would mean antifreeze and..........

I put in LOTO at around March 15-19. Didn't see another go-fast on the water though. Stilll saw some cruisers to hop around off of. Was WAY too cold for longer rides, but I couldn't help myself. The temp. didn't drop low enough after that though!

Last March, after I was done that week, my marina was nice enough to keep an eye on temps w/ more than one day below freezing they would put my boat inside their heated shop. They never needed to, but it sure was comforting.
Are you going to LOTO? I may spend sometime down there this spring break. If so tell me what days and I could meet you somewhere to see that nice new water whip of yours

OBNOXUS21 , im just going to drop her in a local lake , longview or bluesprings.

usually millstone / horneytoad / party cove areas.
this year i hope to meet alot of the local and not so local OSO FANATICS
