Steve1 is the first and only guy EVER to try and blame Carter for 9-11

The fact that The Shah fell has NOTHING top do with Al'Quaida

Shah fell in 79....Al'Quaida founded in 89-90

The highjackers had NOTHING to do with Iraq or the Shah falling 10years earlier

This is the stupiest argument that I have ever heard

cashmoney 03-15-2003 06:29 AM

When I say that Bush is lieing about hois Iraq Proof...It is FACT...here is the story

This is true...Your President lied to you...NOT CASHMONEY

yet you say cashmoney is lieing

When I say that we are planning on useing banned chemicals in our war....it is FACT...here is the story...The words come from Rummys mouth,,,as you can see....this is true

Here is the stroy about our banned secret weapons program...Notice that the NY times ran the story...This is FACT

do you notice a pattern...?

These are all true...Yet you accuse me of spinning the truth

But you are the ones that are guilty of spinning

Who is supercrash

mlitefan 03-15-2003 08:53 AM

Cashmoney...Why do you support Saddam?

cashmoney 03-15-2003 09:17 AM

I don't support Saddam

I think we should disarm Saddam

But there are bigger threats

NK has kicked out inspectors
NK has ripped up our treaty
NK has restarted their nuclear reactor
NK has nuclear weapons
NK has missiles that can reach the US
NK is working on better missiles, and does tests all the time
NK is making more Nuclear weapons to point at the US
NK has promised the US "Death and Destruction"
NK has threatened NY, Chicago with destruction
NK has promised to burn SK to the ground with missiles

Saddam has invited inspectors in, and the CIA
Saddam is allowing U2 overflights of his country
Saddam has allowed the inspectors to look ANYWHERE
Saddam has Al Samoud missiles that fly 150 miles tops
Saddam has a toy plane that flys by sight

Here is a anology that you can understand...

There are 3 pitbull dogs running at you..

2 dogs are 150 pounds and rabid (NK and Al'Quaida)
1 dog is 50 pounds and NOT rabid (Iraq)

using Bush logic....We should try and stop the 50 pound dog first..

While we are trying to choke the small dog....The big rabid dogs are gonna take us down.

Iraq should be disarmed...But they are being contained right now with inspections.....while NK is going full steam ahead with it's nuclear program...They will have more bombs in months

you really want to know who put the US in this mess then look at this speach given by Gore in 92....all about Iraqgate

Steve 1 03-15-2003 09:41 AM

Trash Here is it in a nut shell (Being a nut a liberal hallmark) Read carefully .

The Liberal media would have us forget Jimmy Carter's presidential record.
But I won't.

Remember History Once again Carter's human rights program, where he demanded the Shah of Iran step down and turn over power to the Ayatollah Khomeini?

No matter that Khomeini was a madman. Carter had the U.S. Pentagon tell the Shah's top military commanders – about 150 of them – to acquiesce to the Ayatollah and not fight him.

The Shah's military listened to Carter. All of them were murdered in one of the Ayatollah's first acts.
By allowing the Shah to fall, Carter created one of the most militant anti-American dictatorships ever.

Soon the new Iranian government was ransacking our embassy and held hostage its staff for over a year. Only President Reagan's election gave Iran the impetus to release the hostages.

I believe Carter's decision to have the Shah fall is arguably the most egregious U.S. foreign policy mistake of the last 50 years.Only clintons decision not to receive Bin Laden from the Sudanis is in that league

With the Shah gone, the whole region was destabilized. The Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan; no doubt a direct link to the rise of the Taliban can be traced to this invasion. Iraq also took advantage of the Shah's departure to invade Iran. A long war followed that helped make Saddam's Iraq a great Middle Eastern power.

And decades after Carter's ignominious act, Iran is still bent on destroying America. President Bush named it one of the three nations in the "axis of evil." Iran is developing both nuclear weapons and the missiles to deliver these weapons to its enemies.

We can thank Jimmy Carter for all of this.

Now Prove me wrong !!

Steve 1 03-15-2003 09:48 AM

Since Carter left the presidency, he has had little to say about the human rights abuses in Iran. Why should he? Iran opposes the U.S.

Steve 1 03-15-2003 09:52 AM

North Korea and the Bumbling Liberals.

You like the Clinton/Clinton/Gore/Albright/Berger/Carter kneeling hand wringing appeasement policy toward the PLO, Iraq, North Korea, Cuba and terrorism in general as it was the most under-reported news item since 911

The please pretty please "can't we all just get along" Mentality has compromised our national and economic security forever in a ways we have yet to see or yet learn about; A pathetic legacy, and worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize.

Conservatives across the land next year, (2004), should run on this platform and include it as a major talking point....that the troubles we face overseas,

all of the dangers, are in large part due to eather the Carter or Clinton Administration mismanagement and naivety (and thirst to strike a deal to wash away the stain of Monica) when dealing with rogue nations who are now at our throat.

I would call every Democratic candidate on the carpet with these allegations in every campaign debate and radio/newspaper ad.

Steve 1 03-15-2003 09:54 AM

The attempt to blame the current state of affairs on Bush's "axis of evil" speech is cowardly Liberal blame-shifting of the worst sort. It is holding the solution responsible for the problem.

Clinton's coddling of dictators with a yearning for Weapons of Mass Destruction got us here. But North Korea is only one bloom from the seeds planted during his tenure as Commander-in-Chief, when he forged what one critic called an "astonishing reversal of nine previous U.S. administrations" and their refusal to negotiate with terrorists.

It is a dangerous world, and one cannot imagine what future dictators will expect to negotiate for during future incidences of nuclear blackmail. Provided they are interested in negotiating at all.

Did you catch that Cash ????

Steve 1 03-15-2003 09:56 AM

North Korea Trash you mentioned it ??

Here you go:

Under the final terms of the Agreed Framework approved in October of 1994, Clinton agreed to provide the "Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea" (DPRK) with two light water nuclear reactors and a massive allotment of oil.

The U.S. agreed to ship 500,000 metric tons of oil annually in response to the North's pretense that the energy-starved backwater had developed the nuclear facility to generate power. T
hese shipments have cost taxpayers more than $800 million to date - a bargain compared with the $6 billion spent on constructing the nuclear reactors, which now empower North Korea to produce 100 nuclear bombs each year

What a Jerk !!!!!!!!!

Steve 1 03-15-2003 09:59 AM

More on the Carter Clinton Korea fiascio

In August 1998, North Korea lobbed a Taepo Dong 1 missile over Japan. Four months later, officials refused U.S. inspectors access to a suspected underground nuclear reactor at Kumchang-ni. President

Get this : Clinton then sweetened the deal by rewarding Kim Jong Il's half-year-long stall tactics with 1.1 million tons of food worth nearly $200 million. Not surprisingly, American inspectors found no signs of wrongdoing at the long-sanitized facility.

At the time Kim Jong il probably figured that, if the best the Clinton State Dept. can do is Madaline Halfbright, we're probably in sorry shape!

Here you go.

cashmoney 03-15-2003 10:09 AM

Dude...You trying to blame Carter for 9-11 is a joke

Why the Iran rant...?...The US has installed many evil people into power

Saddam took power after the Shah fell....Al'Quaida was founded 10 years later

Sure the fall of the Shah was a setback to American policy....But it had nothing to do with 9-11

Bush sr. was the man who armed Saddam...he was the one who stuck the American taxpayer with the 2 billion dollar bill...Top Administration officials at the time warned Bush that Saddam was using the money to further his nuclear program...But Bush didn't listen..Why would Bush Sr. want Saddam to own nuclear weapons...?

Bush Sr. also pulled Iraq off the list of states that sponser terrorism....in spite of the facts that it was a Iraq based group that masterminded the assassination attempt on Israeli ambassador to the UK in 82...Also the terrorist who masterminded the attack on the Achille Lauro and the savage murder of American Leon Klighoffer fled with Iraqi assistance...nor did it matter that the team of terrorists that planned to blow up the Rome airport came from Baghdad with suitcase bombs...If you listen to Jr. you will hear him say "you are either with us or you are with the terrorists"...seems his daddy was with the terrorists

Pantera1 03-15-2003 10:10 AM

Jimmee Caata

Lets not forget the 20% interest rates and $3 a gallon for gas wich you couldnt get.. Jimmy Carter is a boob..
I personaly dont care who gave what to who when where or how ...Saddam must go .. And George W. is gonna do it period.
NK is chinas problem realy.

Steve 1 03-15-2003 10:10 AM

Another point.

Remember, years ago, when Japan purchased somewhere in the neighborhood of 16 Tons of plutonium from European countries, (France and Germany?). The ship delivering this cargo was tracked from Europe, through the Suez canal, across the Indian Ocean...well you get it.

They did! North Korea is backwards compared to Japan. If the North Korean government is foolish enough to build 10 or 15 nucs, how long will it take Japan to respond a hundred times over!.

A plutonium bomb needs about 20 lbs of plutonium. Think China wants to face the prospects of a nuclear arsenal in Japan?

Tom 03-15-2003 10:10 AM

Somehow the right wing thinks that if they can blame everything on Carter and Clinton then we don't have to question Bush about anything. You seem to think that it is all about the liberals vs conservatives. ALL POLITICIANS LIE. Nobody is claiming they don't except you on the right think Bush is a saint and anybody who questions what his bunch says is evil.

Nobody is taking Saddam's side. We are just saying you should critically look at what is going on instead of just refusing to look at anything that disputes the lies you are blindly accepting.

There is a reason that the rest of the world was behind us right after 9/11 and now they are all against us. The reason is not that they are all stupid, evil etc. The reason is that Bush and company has done so many things that ruined the trust of the whole world. Why do you refuse to even consider that?

Steve 1 03-15-2003 10:13 AM

Tom lay off the Medication!!

You do not know what you are talking about when refering to the iraqis !!

Pantera1 03-15-2003 10:13 AM

Sure we wanted Iraq to win the war...

But what about after the war...when we knew what a bad dude Saddam was..

After gassing the Kurds there was outrage in America...There was a intensification of efforts tp pull the plug on American aid to Iraq...But Bush resisted, He pulled out all the stops to defeat the Prevention of Genocide act....

In 89...After the Iran/Iraq war...
The CIA reported that Saddam was trying to make a nuclear weapon and that something should be done...

What Bush Sr. did was to sign a new document named NSD-26 which was in the pusuit of improved ties with Iraq.

Why would Sr. want Saddam to have the bomb ...?

Iraqgate...read all about it

You fault Carter for not seeing down the road about Iran.....Yet you won't see fault in Sr. not seeing down the road

FACT is...Bush is responsible for Saddam...Carter is responsible for Iran

Al'Quaida's outrage and hate came from the fact that American troops were stationed in Iraq for the war

You need to learn some history...steve

I have pulled the plug on your propaganda spewing days

nobody believes that Carter is responsible for 9-11

How about the incubator story that sr. kept yelling about
