Well, she has made a statement and apologized.


From Natalie :"As a concerned American citizen, I apologize to President Bush because my remark was disrespectful. I feel that whoever holds that office should be treated with the utmost respect. We are currently in Europe and witnessing a huge anti-American sentiment as a result of the perceived rush to war. While war may remain a viable option, as a mother, I just want to see every possible alternative exhausted before children and American soldiers' lives are lost. I love my country. I am a proud American."

Still no reason for her to say what she said, if anything she should say NOTHING or defend the president. There is not damage control done with her apology. Just makes her still look like an Arse.

After making their anit-American statements, maybe they should stay in Europe or go where some other anit-American country will recieve them. Perhaps America needs to close the border doors on them and keep them out of the country that made them successful! This kind of stuff boils my blood to no end!

Man, What a thread.....
The local country station here in the Richmond area ran a poll this afternoon. Over 70% of the response was to remove the Chicks from the air. I really had doubts whether the station would follow through. Well, they did! Their station manager also had a comment about them that went something like this. If that is the way they feel, maybe they should head on to Baghdad and put on a show for Sadam Insane. He would probably show them a really good time, don't you think!!! I too, will dispose of their cd's.
