Up 21 rigs is nothing considering how many were drilling..

659 for oil and 216 for nat gas..

876 rigs total from a high of 1609 ...that's a lot of jobs roughly 100 more and rig count cut 50%

T Boone said rig count would need to drop ...and it did ....but nowhere in that equation was this Iran and Libya crap accounted for..

$48.08 close yesterday

That is a buck a gallon more than we are paying here in the mid-west. Taxes through the nose, regulation out the wazoo, and over the top political correctness. Beautiful weather be dammed - I don't think I would make it out there. :)

With Ukraine going on and inflation etc it maybe time to revive this thread! :D

RaggedEdge 02-24-2022 05:37 PM

Filled up on the way home here in Northern New York $4.05 for the basic chit and the 93 was near $5.

Way To Go Brandon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You ignorant, stumbling, Ftard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Griff 02-24-2022 08:29 PM

Lowest price in our metro area. Usually 30-50 cents a gallon cheaper than regular stations. It is E10 gas.

Last summer I bought a 2000 model Ford F250 4 x 4 with a 7.3 diesel and bought it with the intent of putting a Bitterroot diesel system so I can burn any kind of oil which will obviously take effort on my part to properly clean for use but there will always be used motor oil ,cooking oil etc .

$3.40 regular $3.70 diesel Lafayette La this morning.

I would like to add a big FU to every American that voted for this administration.

Looking back on this thread I see I posted in 2014 about the same price .

Who was running the country in 2014 ?? You guessed it , the same clown car as today ..

Dave M 02-25-2022 07:33 AM

I paid 3.31 for 87 oct yesterday in VA.

Wally 02-25-2022 07:45 AM

Even though im on the very outskirts of it, i technicly live in the city of Chitcago....station closest to my house is a Shell and its 87 octane is at $4.35 as of this morning......where i work the gas is around $3.69 for the 87
I have a costco close to work so premium is at $4.09 but most of the station here in the burbs are around $4.50(ish) for premium
There was actually a station i pass on the way to work that had premium at $5.35!!! :eekdrop: Im pretty sure they are still in the city limits but not 100% on that one....

Michael1 02-26-2022 10:40 PM

I think I have all you guys beat. Paid $5.39.9 for Premium at a Chevron in Southern Kalifornia.

Peter Oberg84 02-27-2022 12:39 AM

Sweden…

In Sweden the premium gas cost $8,80 and if you want to fill up on the water the price is around $9,20. Regular on land is $8,00.

On the sea you can no longer tank regular because of the change to E5 and E10 and most boats with plastic tanks can’t hold E10 they went the route an just ditch regular (E10).

Diesel is $8,90.

And what’s most fuc-ked. Up is that 60% of our prices are TAX!

hoodoo 02-27-2022 05:31 AM

^^^^^^ That’s brutal

Eddienel 02-27-2022 06:48 AM

Wally 02-27-2022 11:12 AM

loved it when he said Zukerberg can kiss his ass. LOL! :D

BobbyB 02-27-2022 01:32 PM

I am going out to California next week to Oxnard I am curious what gas will be.

Wally 02-27-2022 05:27 PM

Well just a correction....i was listening to the speech last night while doing the dishes after my wife made us dinner....i caught him saying Zukerberg and by the time i walked in the room i heard him saying something about kissing his ass......i made an assumption on that one.....I got to watch the whole speech today on a re-run... guess he said WHEN Zukerberg came to the white house he was kissing his ass......either way still funny :D
Im actually surprised they didnt bleep a few of the swears that came out of him LOL

Aye , pretty much exactly the same over here as well. Except we don't have to deal with the 'E' fuels .
