BODYSHOT1,
There is a big difference in construction between a Cherokee Brave and the earlier Apache Brave. I built almost all the 28’s out of Apache until 1991 when I left, bought the 28 molds and formed Cherokee Powerboats. I resurfaced the molds and upgraded the materials throughout the entire construction process. In 1997 Bob and I united the two companies and now build all our models from the same superior materials.

I don't much about Apache. What are the basic specs for a 28 and what's next? 32? in terms of LOA, beam, dry weight, etc. and what could one expect to get in a 28 with a single 496HO or a 32? with twin 496HO's?...Just trying to bone up on boats I've never been exposed to before...
