Question Apache 28/Cherokee 28

..ok Apache folks...you're really gettin' me into this...

I saw the post regarding the new 28...that's a Saccenti 28, right?

What's the deal with Cherokee...I see a used 28 in the Apache Classifieds...

what/is there a difference??....

thanks..

BODYSHOT1,

There is a big difference in construction between a Cherokee Brave and the earlier Apache Brave. I built almost all the 28’s out of Apache until 1991 when I left, bought the 28 molds and formed Cherokee Powerboats. I resurfaced the molds and upgraded the materials throughout the entire construction process. In 1997 Bob and I united the two companies and now build all our models from the same superior materials.
