F.Y.I. NONE OF THE TURBINE BOATS EVEN MADE IT TO THE FIRST STOP!!!

ALSO IT WAS BOB WITH HIS 42GTX THAT GOT BACK FIRST, ALSO HE PLAYED WITH EVERYONE BUT THEY HAD NOTHING FOR HIM!!!!!

AND THE 3 CIGS. SEEN WERE NOT RUNNING IN THE BIG WATER WITH THE BIG GUYS THEY WERE RUNNING MUCH CLOSER TI THE SHORE IN THE CALMER WATER, BUT WERE STILL WAY BEHIND.

AND NO THE STRIP POKER BOAT WAS NOT EVER OUT FRONT!!!

TRENTON MARINES 42 OUTERLIMITS ALSO KICKED LOTS OF A$$.

I BELIEVE BOB AND MIKE ONLY HAD TO RUN THE GTX UP TO 135 OR 138 TO KEEP OUT FRONT, AND THE BOAT RUNS 148MPH.....

THE PROBLEM WITH THIS SPORT IS THAT THER ARE TOO MANY BOATS THAT ARE BARSTOOL FAST...

Default Pardon me

Was the question who finished first or who was the Fastest?

that's what I thought.

I understand the 47 Ol broke one of those 120 octane 1450hp sterlings? And the owners were leaning towords turbines....Rumor or truth? How cool would that be ..a turbine OL.

You OL guys sure do have nice toys. I'm looking forward to you breaking the "fastest v-bottom" record next month. 160mph wow!!!

YES THE 47GTX BUSTED THE MARMONIC BALANCER OFF THE FRONT OF THE MOTOR.

IT RUNS ON 112 OCTANE AND DOESN'T MAKE 1450HP LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED TO , BUT IT WILL WHEN IT'S BACK.

DON'T THINK THAT THE TURBINES HAVE PROVEN THEMSELVES YET.

Maybe you should come to the West Coast, or just go to New York King of the Hudson run..

As I recall the only thing that has proven itself is the time bomb blower motors.

Mossmiller (ITS) was the first boat to the first stop in Saratota. Their unproven turbine boat had a powersteering hose leak. A lot cheaper than a blower motor, and they were back running the same day.
